How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 14h are shipped the same day and delivered in 24h.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Is the shipment refrigerated?
Yes, all orders travel in refrigerated transport to maintain the cold chain. In addition, as an extra we use thermal packs and refrigerated gel packs that maintain the right temperature until delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Courier companies do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days are processed on the next working day.
What are the shipping costs and payment methods?
The refrigerated 24h shipment costs 10€.
Orders over 200€ include free delivery throughout Spain. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and secure payments through Stripe.
How long can I keep caviar at home?
Under refrigeration at 0-4°C, unopened caviar is preserved depending on the batch, it can vary from 1-5 months , Each can is sealed at origin, with visible batch number, quality marking and best-before date. As well as nutritional information.
Once opened, we recommend consuming it in 24-48 hours.
What is the difference between the different types of caviar (Beluga, Asetra, Baeri...)?
Each variety has a unique taste, texture and pearl size.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive e-mails of: Order Confirmation, Order Shipped, Order Delivered
If you don't receive anything, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives?
The delivery person will call you back or make a second attempt.
It is advisable to be available to ensure the cold chain.
