Returns:

1. Deadline for returns

Our return period has a duration of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Product conditions

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the following condition unused, in the same conditions in which he was received and in his original packaging.
For food safety reasons, returns of perishable products are not accepted., such as caviar or other refrigerated foods.

It will be necessary to submit a proof of purchase or receipt.

In commercial practice and for sanitary reasons, it is accepted as reasonable timeframe between 24 and 48 hours since delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the product and will send you a confirmation of receipt. approval or rejection of reimbursement.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and applied to the original method of payment within a maximum period of 7-10 working days.

6. Late or non-receipt of refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your issuing institution or bank.

7. Items on offer

Only regular priced products can be reimbursed.
Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable.

We only replace faulty or damaged items.
