Biological origin: Sturgeons originating from the Caspian and Black Sea basin, reared in pure, cold waters that provide a balanced and distinctive sensory profile.
Colour and grain: Amber to golden brown tones; medium grain, firm and elastic, with a natural lustre reflecting its freshness and quality.
Aroma and taste: Refined profile with notes of walnut, butter and a subtle marine touch. Complex and rounded flavour, considered one of the most appreciated among the classic caviars.
Service: Serve between 0-4 °C, open just before serving. Use mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the original flavour. Ideal on blinis or with crème fraîche.
Pairing: Champagne blanc de blancs, mineral chardonnay or chilled premium vodka.
Conservation: Keep refrigerated between 0-4 °C. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Hermetically sealed cans with quality control and visible traceability.
